On July 22, the International Energy Transformation Forum on the theme of “Carbon Neutrality and Energy Transformation” was held in Florence, Italy. Over 2,000 representatives from 25 countries, 8 international organizations, over 700 excellent energy companies, more than 150 energy research institutions and industry associations attended the forum.
The European Association of Energy Storage Trade said that in the past decade, energy demand in various countries has continued to rise. Expanding renewable energy investment is more important than ever for effective emission reductions, improving climate change, promoting investment in domestic supply chains and creating domestic value.
In addition, the forum also released a series of achievements including the theme video “Energy Revolution, Low Carbon Future”, the Global Clean Energy Partnership Initiative, and the Energy Transformation Index Blue Paper report, which laid a solid foundation for promoting pragmatic global clean energy cooperation.
